First Sketch in New Moleskine / May 1st Sketch

I have inaugurated my new Moleskine sketchbook and my first sketch in May with a drawing of a Dachshund. We had a Dachshund when our kids were growing up. He passed about 12 years ago. He was quite a character as most Dachshunds are. His name was Sausage. He had a long German name on his registration papers, but I don't recall it. I am sure the papers are still in my files.

Cute!
I love prismacolour, I have a set of 12 Karisma (same) and just love the way they work in moleskin pages.
I ordered a set of 72 last night and can't wait!

One can never have too Prismacolors. They had a different feel when I was applying them to the Molesine page.

I love Prismacolors too... I discovered them when they were recommended for using with the kids (I homeschool). I have never turned back :D
I like your picture... I always thought the sausage dogs were funny and cute :)

I used Prismacolors a lot when I was a cloth dollmaker. They made lovely dollfaces, but I can't seem to make them do what I want on paper.
